A note to career center directors and student development professionals
You invested in the Birkman for a reason. The assessment works. Students leave their feedback sessions with genuine insight about how they're wired, what they need, and how to think about their career direction.
Then the semester ends.
BirkmanCoach is designed for exactly what happens next. Students who completed a full Birkman Signature Report through your program can access BirkmanCoach immediately. No retesting. No additional assessment fees. They email us their PDF, we set up their portal, and they purchase only the reports they want.
BirkmanCoach is not a replacement for your consultant or your feedback sessions. The human relationship is irreplaceable and we don't try to replicate it. What we offer is continuity. A place students can return to when they're three months into their first job and something isn't working.

Note on compatibility: BirkmanCoach requires the full Birkman Signature Report. Programs using Birkman Basics are not currently compatible. If you're unsure which version your program administers, reach out and we'll help you confirm.
