We want to be clear about something: we didn't invent the Birkman Method. Dr. Roger Birkman did. What he built over decades of research is the foundation everything here rests on.
Between us, we bring 45 years of Advanced Certified Birkman consulting — 20 years of practice on Jen's side, 25 on Clay's. We've worked with the methodology in executive coaching, team development, organizational consulting, and higher education. We were part of the original cohort that helped develop Birkman's High-Performing Teams program. The Birkman Method isn't a tool we use. It's a discipline we've spent careers inside of.
BirkmanCoach is our effort to extend that discipline further. To make the depth of a Birkman interpretation available beyond the consulting room, on your timeline, for the situations that matter most to you.
