Welcome to Primrose Guide. These terms govern your use of primroseguide.com and the reports and services we offer. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Primrose Guide is an independent platform operated by Advanced Certified Birkman Consultants. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Birkman International, Inc. The Birkman Method® is a registered trademark of Birkman International, Inc. To take the Birkman assessment itself, or to obtain your original results, you work with Birkman International or a certified consultant.

2. What we provide

Primrose Guide turns your existing Birkman assessment results into written coaching reports for specific situations and relationships in your life. Reports are personalized digital documents delivered to your private portal. Some reports are free with your account and others are purchased individually or in bundles.

Our reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, guided by prompts, interpretation rules, and quality standards written and maintained by experienced Birkman consultants. Reports are reviewed through automated and human quality processes, but they are coaching material, not a certified Birkman document.

3. What our reports are not

Our reports are for personal insight and development. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a diagnosis of any condition. They are not an employment assessment and should not be used as the basis for hiring, firing, or promotion decisions. If you are facing a serious personal or mental health situation, please work with a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You need an account to receive reports. You agree to give us accurate information, keep your login method secure, and use the account only for yourself unless a report is explicitly designed to be shared (many of ours are). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

5. Your Birkman data

To generate reports, you provide us with your Birkman results, usually as a Signature Report PDF. You confirm that the results you upload are yours, or that you have clear permission from the person they belong to. Your results remain yours. We store them to generate your reports and maintain your portal, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown at purchase and charged in US dollars through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

7. Refunds

Reports are personalized digital products created specifically for you, so they cannot be returned. If a report fails to generate, arrives incomplete, or clearly misses the mark, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund the purchase. We would rather make it right than argue about it.

8. Using your reports

Your reports are yours to keep, print, and share personally, including with the family members, colleagues, or mentors many of them are written for. You may not resell reports, offer them as part of a commercial service, or use the site to build a competing product. The platform itself, including its prompts, interpretation frameworks, designs, and site content, belongs to us and is protected by copyright.

9. Acceptable use

Do not upload results that are not yours to use, attempt to access other people's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content. We may suspend access to protect the service and its users.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reports flowing quickly, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. During busy periods a report may take longer to arrive. We will notify you when it is ready.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on report content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a meaningful change we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
